Community Connections at Findley Lake, Inc. is a private not-for-profit, 501(c)3 corporation whose mission is to provide services to area individuals to live their lives to the fullest in their own community.

The vision is to make Community Connections at Findley Lake, Inc. the resource of choice to connect individuals with the services they need to remain safe and independent in their community.
